Muchos de nosotros nos quejamos o no administramos bien nuestras tareas y quehaceres cotidianos o laborales y el tiempo se nos va de las manos. Perdimos el tiempo a través de los ladrones del tiempo como por ejemplo ver el Facebook, no concentrarse, dejar para después, etc.
Entre las cosas que podemos hacer para poder ser un poco más productivos en nuestras tareas es el organizar nuestras actividades pendientes, creando listas de tareas para poder organizarlas. Para ello debemos realizar lo siguiente:
1.- Crear una lista anotando todo lo pendiente a realizar hoy.
2.-Jerarquizar desde lo más importante o prioritario a lo menos importante.
3.- Esta jerarquización divídela en muy importante, poco importante y no importante.
4.- Deseche lo poco importante y no importante, solo quedarse con lo muy importante.
5.- Solo realice las dos primeras que tenga para el día, tratar de no revisar mail, mirar redes sociales o WhatsApp, ya que ellas absorben casi el 45% al 50% de nuestra atención en lo que debemos hacer y nos desviamos de lo que debemos hacer.
6.- Planifique y concéntrese en realizar esas dos tareas y terminarlas durante el día.
Se dará cuenta que al realizar esto, podrá ir cerrando y terminando actividades y tareas pendiente que se van acumulando dìa tras día y que no avanzan en nada. Este simple, pero, importante actividad de ir creando listas de trabajo se ira transformando en un hábito.
Así que esperas para comenzar a organizarte, vamos con ello.
