Cuando nos ponemos una meta, producto de un deseo o sueño, empezamos con toda la motivación en ello, pensamos cuando lo obtengamos o logremos y nos ponemos positivos y llenos de alegría, pero, a medida que avanzamos en ello, nos vamos dando cuenta que no lo logramos y nos vienen pensamientos negativos.
¿Qué nos pasó?, será que no tenemos claro cuál es el objetivo-meta claramente:
- No nos enfocamos bien en la meta.
- Nos vamos dispersando a través de los problemas que nos van enfrentando en el camino.
- No colocamos fechas por cada objetivo específico logrado para alcanzar el objetivo general.
- No planificamos.
- No evaluamos si es una meta real. Etc.
Algo que debemos tener claro es seguir los pasos necesarios para poder lograr nuestros sueños, pero, para ello podemos seguir el proceso administrativo, que es:
Planificar – Organizar – Dirigir – Controlar
Entonces como vemos, para poder evitar posibles dolores de cabeza y pérdidas de tiempo, recursos y dinero, nada mejor que seguir el proceso administrativo.
