Las empresas que crean valor en su productividad se ve reflejado en su rentabilidad es como un acto reflejo de ello y esto se produce mayormente por como son estas empresas y los valores que se tienen en ella para alcanzar esto, es pieza fundamental para lograr los objetivos y metas propuestos por la organización.
Como vemos los valores de la empresa son los que guían nuestro comportamiento en la empresa, así como son los valores son diferentes en cada organización, por ejemplo un hospital, una municipalidad, una minera, etc. Estos valores son cimientos para cualquier organización, ya que ellos influyen directamente en los objetivos y metas de la organización.
Entonces ahora podemos comprender que los valores de la organización, están directamente relacionados con los trabajadores y ejecutivos de cada organización, ya que el funcionamiento de la empresa y su atención de cliente están relacionados íntegramente por ellos, ya que se reflejan en las actitudes y comportamiento de ellos.
Para finalizar colocaré unos cuantos valores de la empresa y notaremos que esto es así. Entre ellos están la seguridad, la responsabilidad, el trabajo en equipo, la justicia, etc.
